[Movie Review] Home: Love, Happiness, Memories



Chookiat Sakveerakul really could make people drifted into his movies. After Love Of Siam, the movie about loneliness, hope, family, friendship and love, he back with another sweet, quiet, and touchable movie. Home: Love, Happiness, Memories , was released in Thailand on 19 April 2012.
This movie sets in Chiang Mai, Thailand. It consists of three different stories and the relationships are revealed in the third one. The First story is about a graduated high school student, Nay (Chutavuth Pattarakampol), who taking pictures of his school at night, and meet his junior, Beam (Kittisak Patomburana).They talks alot about their expiriences, background, love story, and futures. But when they getting closer, they have to apart as morning comes. The second strory tells about, Buajan (Penpak Sirikul), a widow who continues to find her husband's notes that make her hard to move on from the memory. The last story, is about the wedding of Chiang Mai native Preeya (Siraphan Wattanajinda) and Leng (Ruangsak Loychusak), a businessman from Phuket. The problem arise on the wedding, when Preeya meets her ex-boyfriend and kiss him.


I've watched this movie three time sice i got it two days ago, and never get bored. The best story for me is the second one, it really makes my tears dripping. Her strength to face the death of her husband who left many problems. Even though she was a weak woman who desperately need him, totally touchable.  

The soundtrack at the end of movie also touchable. It really represent the entire cast feeling, and the lyrics are really make you heart breaking. I've tried to find the song, but i didn't find it yet (maybe you can tell me if you already get it).

I give 4.5 star of 5 for this movie.

Pssst... this movie suits for you who "galau" and need something melancholic. :p

[Snack Time!] Mony Jelly Jus

Ada yang ingat dengan Es Mony? Es rasa buah berbentuk segitiga yang pernah Hits tahun 90an dulu? Wah, jadi flashback ke masa kecil dulu. Tapi berbeda dengan es Mony jaman dulu, kali ini yang saya cicipin adalah Mony Jelly Jus.                                            Beberapa hari yang lalu di rumah saya mati lampu, jadi saya iseng kabur ke Giant supermaket dekat rumah. Saat lagi keliling di rak minuman, saya melihat Caprisone, tapi ternyata ada yang lebih menarik perhatian saya, yaitu, Mony Jelly Jus. Ada dua rasa, Jeruk dan Stroberi, saya beli saja dua-duanya, kebetulan cuaca Pekanbaru cukup panas jadi saya butuh yang segar-segar.
